The Girls’ Night

Led by the owner of Host & Gather Event Co., this interactive cocktail (or mocktail) making experience is the perfect addition to girls’ night, birthdays, or bachelorette celebrations. You and your guests will learn how to craft beautiful, delicious cocktails in a fun, elevated, and hands-on setting.

Let us take the stress off your special day. Our day-of coordination ensures everything runs smoothly, from managing your timeline to overseeing vendors and assisting with setup. We keep your event on track so you can focus on celebrating. For an added touch of ease, we can also provide professional bartenders or serving staff through our other packages, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.

The Consultation

Complimentary 30-Minute Consultation

We want to get to know you and your vision before your event. Our free 30-minute consultation can be conducted virtually or in person if you’re located within Lower Vancouver Island. During this session, we’ll discuss your event details, explore your needs, and answer any questions - so we can create a seamless, personalized experience tailored just for you

The Hosts 

Starting at CA $199.00

Our hosting-only package takes the stress out of entertaining. For up to 3 hours, our professional host ensures your event runs seamlessly, greeting guests, serving and clearing food, assisting with preparation, and managing cleanup. If you have a fully stocked bar, we can also handle bartending so every drink is served perfectly. From start to finish, we manage the details so you can relax and truly enjoy your guests.
